The aim of these workshops has been:
- Introduce the concept of open innovation in Catalan companies
- Understand the importance of innovation (increasingly)
- Understand that innovation today is the main variable of strategic business
- Knowing and understanding the conceptual innovation in organizations
- Understand what are the barriers to innovation and how we can overcome
- Submit to apply the techniques to overcome the above obstacles
